Return & Refund Policy

We trust in 100% client satisfaction. We have a reasonable and true return policy for any dissatisfaction in near cases. We create our 100% effort to offer the top quality handmade merchandise of Nepal. But it is vital to note that not all the goods you buy are returnable. You can catch this info on the product detail page. If you are not pleased with some of your ordered stuff or is broken, we have a 15 days’ return policy.

Make assured you follow the under points for any return of an item.

• The return wish has to be complete within 3 days of order distribution.

• Return shipping charges have to be held by the client. This payment is repaid if the mistake is from our sideways.

• The item has to be refunded in its creative state.

The overhead return policy does not shelter the following kind of order:

• Wholesale and routine item orders are last.

• High capacity orders with wholesale deductions are also measured as wholesale orders and are not valid for return strategy.

Refunds / Store Credit Rule:

10% re-stocking charge is removed and a limited sum is repaid once we review and approve the returned product. The procedure will take 10-15 days. You will be informed via email after the refund is managed. If the item reverted is not in its innovative condition, more extra costs are taken depending on the product situation.
